About Dr. Chad McDill, D.C.

• High School:  Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dalton High in 1993.

• University:  Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 1998 with a degree in Biology.

• Chiropractic School:  Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in 2003.  I attended Life University for three of my four years of chiropractic school.  After finishing patient clinic early and most of my core classes, I decided I wanted a stronger chiropractic philosophy education which prompted me to transfer to Sherman as they have the strongest chiropractic philosophy department in the world.

• Since the beginning of my final year of chiropractic school I have focused on coupling chiropractic with nutrition and exercise through continuing education classes.

My uncle, Dr. Jim George, has been a chiropractor for over 20 years in Trenton, Ga.  After graduating I practiced with Dr. George for a year to gain experience in running an office.The following year I opened my own office in Trenton, Georgia.

In 2004 I created a live health TV show named Health: A Second Opinion.  The show airs every Tuesday night at 7 pm on KWN Channel 7 and on AM 1420 and 1480.   Most weeks the topics covered in the show appear in an article under the same name in the Independent News and available online at DiscoverDade.com

Each year I’m involved in hosting a preventative health screening day for kids called Dade County Children’s Day on the first Saturday in May.  Children’s Day is also sponsored by the Dade County Optimist Club whose motto is “Friend to Youth”.  The event is designed to allow children of all ages to receive free chiropractic, dental, vision and hearing screenings to detect potential problems as early as possible.
