New Patient Paperwork:
To save you some time…
Please take a few minutes Now, to print and completely fill out our “New Patient” forms. These confidential new patient questionnaires help us get to know you. Dr. McDill will use this information to help formulate recommendations for your care. Print this paperwork out now and bring it with you on your first appointment
Consultation:
You’ll meet Dr. McDill and he will review your health history and discuss your concerns as well as advise you whether he feels if he could help you.
Examination:
Next…Dr. McDill will perform a detailed physical exam including orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests to assist him in his thorough evaluation of your condition and to determine the cause(s) of your problem(s).
X-ray Exam:
If necessary and okay with the patient, specific X-ray views may be taken to visualize the location of any spinal problems, reveal any pathologies, and make your care plan more precise.
Evaluation:
Before proper care can be rendered, Dr. McDill will study your exam findings and X-rays to prepare for your first adjustment. At your next appointment he will review his findings and discuss an appropriate personalized care plan.
Your first visit is complete. Plan to spend 30 minutes on your next visit to receive the doctor’s report of findings and recommended plan of care. That’s it! Until your Follow up Appointment:
Dr. McDill may suggest ice, heat, or the use of some other procedure to help reduce inflammation and make you more comfortable.
What to Expect on Your Next Visit…
Consultation and Treatment Review:
Dr. McDill will share with you your X-rays, orthopedic and neurological test results, and review his findings. Then Dr. McDill will provide you with specific care recommendations including personalized home exercises and stretches that are essential to your care plan. You will also be provided with a packet to take home that includes your results and care plan so that you may discuss these findings with your family and better explain chiropractic health care. We have found that all members of the family should be aware of how chiropractic care can improve your health so they can support you in your healing process.
